At Affinity Contracting we appreciate your support and would like to give back to one of our customers to show our appreciation.

Eligibility: The contest is open only to individuals who purchase a renovation service from Affinity Contracting Co. prior to December 31, 2025. Employees, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period: The contest begins on January 1st 2025 and ends on December 31, 2025. The drawing for the prize will take place on February 6, 2026.

Prize: The winner will have the option to have $10,000 to be applied towards another renovation project with Affinity Contracting Co. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, and it is not transferable or redeemable for any other form of payment.

Drawing: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on February 6, 2026, and the winner will be notified via email or phone. The winner must respond to claim the prize within 10 days of notification or forfeit the prize.

General Terms: The prize is subject to availability and must be redeemed by February 16 2026. The winner must contract their renovation project with Affinity Contracting Co. by Dec. 31 2026. Any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

By entering this promotion, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Affinity Contracting Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice. Affinity contracting Co. is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays in communication or redemption of the prize.  Affinity Contracting Co. must receive a minimum of 30 participants.  Affinity Contracting Co.  averages between 40 and 55 renovation projects annually.  Chances of winning are estimated greater than 1 in 55.

Limitation of Liability: By participating in this contest, participants release and hold harmless Affinity Contracting Co. and its affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes relating to this promotion will be governed by the laws of Florida, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

Privacy: All personal information collected during the promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and in accordance with Affinity Contracting Co.’s privacy policy.
