CABINET FINISH AGREEMENT
Much of the Beauty and a peel of wood cabinetry comes from the natural variations in green and color inherent in the wood. Note that wood color continues to change even after being made into finished cabinetry, all wood finished or unfinished will change in color due to exposure to sunlight and natural mellowing with age.

CHARACTERISTICS OF WOOD
Wood is a product of nature and will vary in color, texture, and green. No two pieces are exactly alike. Natural variation is a part of the beauty, character and charm of wood. All woods are affected by moisture and humidity. High humidity will cause water to expand while low humidity will cause with the contract. As with ages and with exposure to sunlight and other elements, it will change slightly in color.

CHARACTERISTICS OF FINISHES
Paint finishes are different from standard wood finishes. Hairline cracks may appear at joints due to the natural wood movement with seasonal changes in humidity. This will be most noticeable at panel joints, styles, and rails.

Stained finishes, the natural light and dark characteristics of the grain are enhanced as stains are absorbed into the wood, softer areas of the wood, and any grain services except more stain, and can be darker.

Hand applied glaze. Glaze is a hand applied technique that creates a “” build up in corners and profiles. This is an artistic application and is intended to be random and unique for each application. The number of glaze lines will vary, depending on the number of recess and details in the door design. Available in a variety of colors on stained and painted doors.

CARE AND CLEANING OF CABINETRY
Your cabinetry is handcrafted from the finest of selected Hardwoods. Due to the nature of real wood in the finish process, used to protect it care must be taken to ensure the durability for a lifetime. Our fine furniture grade finish is very durable and moisture resistant, but it’s not moisture proof use the following guidelines to assist you in maintaining the beauty of your cabinetry.
A soft cotton cloth is recommended to wipe any moisture spills or standing liquid from your cabinetry. Wallpaper products are very good and absorbing spills. They are abrasive when used for cleaning. To clean your cabinetry, use a soft cotton cloth dampen with water or mild detergent. Harsh chemicals, or ammonia based products should be avoided as they may cause discoloration of the finish.

Jobsite must be secure, weathertight, and climate controlled
Floors must be installed
All appliances must be on site
Farmhouse sink must be on site for installation by our team before countertop template
